CHERRY ALMOND BARS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
10 oz. maraschino cherries
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 2 cups Bisquick, butter, sugar and extract in large bowl. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 18 minutes until toothpick comes clean. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 or 3 tsp. juice from cherries

Blend.
