LEMON CHEESE BUNDT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick lightly salted butter
6 eggs
3 c. sifted Swans Down cake flour
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. lemon extract

In large bowl mix butter, butter and cream cheese. Add 2 eggs. Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix until blended. Repeat until all ingredients are blended. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 to 325 degrees.
