HERB BREADED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 slices whole wheat bread
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Ground pepper, to taste
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

In blender, process bread to make crumbs. Add basil, thyme, oregano, tarragon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Process to mix.

Rinse chicken under cold running water; shake off water. Transfer crumbs mixture to plastic bag. Add chicken a piece at a time and shake to coat. Place chicken in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
