1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
Salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 500 degrees. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix meat, onion, salt, and pepper. Spread catsup on bread, then add mixture being careful to bring it to the edges of the bread.

Bake until done, about 5 minutes, adding your cheese 1 minute before done. Quick and easy and kids love them.
