2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar, beat and fold in vanilla and chips. Add nuts and fold gently. Drop by teaspoons on a cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven, 350 degrees. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL 2 HOURS. Store in airtight container.
