EASY PECAN PIE 
1 cup of dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup of pecan halves
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell.

Bake 15 minutes. Then lower oven to 350 and bake 30 more minutes.
