CANTALOUPE SOUP 
1 lg. cantaloupe (3 lb.)
4 1/2 c. orange juice, divided
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Halve, seed, peel and cube cantaloupe. Combine 1/2 of the cantaloupe and 2 1/4 cups of orange juice in blender. Process until SMOOTH. Repeat with remaining cantaloupe and juice. Add lemon juice and spices. Chill. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
