LINGUICA & PEPPERS 
1 lb. linguica
3 lb. hamburger
4 green peppers
1 lg. can (29 oz.) tomato sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Take skin off linguica and break into small pieces and fry. Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Parboil peppers, drain and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients into a pan with tomato sauce. Cook on low flame until peppers are done.
