CAESAR SALAD 
1 tbsp. oil
5 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 dashes garlic powder
1 coddled egg

Mix well.

Dice 1 can flat anchovies. Rub bowl with garlic. Add lettuce and anchovies. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and Parmesan cheese. Toss and add plain croutons if you like them. To coddle an egg, drop in boiling water for 1 minute.
