4 LAYER DESSERT 
Layer 3:

2 large boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk

Mix like regular pudding, only this will be thicker. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Layer 4: Cover top with Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate.

Layer 1:

1 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 baking dish (sprayed on bottom with Pam).

Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Layer 2:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Beat with mixer until blended; spread on cooled crust.
