STUFFED CABBAGE LEAVES 
8 lg. green cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked white rice

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Steam cabbage leaves until tender. Remove from pot; set aside. You may brown ground meat just until red is out. Drain fat or leave raw. Mix meat with next 5 ingredients. Roll meat to balls, size is your choice. Place meatballs in center back of leaves, roll and fold tightly. Place rolled stuffed cabbage leaves in a deep kettle or pot. Pour sauce over, then simmer on low heat until done, about 30 minutes.
