TRIPLE CHOCOLATE TRIFLE 
1 chocolate layer cake (Pillsbury, Betty Crocker)

MOUSSE:

2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. milk

Mix mousse by hand with whisk or fork until thick.

Beat 2 cups whipping cream and 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar together or use Cool Whip.

Kahlua: Dribble on layers on baked cake - do not soak. 1 tbsp. oil

Melt these together for top. This is done at the very end.

Bake cake in 2 layer pans. After cake is baked and cooled, split with serrated knife. Save second layer for another time if your trifle dish is small or you have too much to use up. Fit cake into trifle bowl.

First layer - sprinkle with kahlua, then spoon on mousse, next fresh strawberries or well drained frozen, next the cream. Repeat layers. Place frost top cake with melted chocolate.
