3 apples, unpared
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. walnuts
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or more)
Lettuce

Core apples, slice or dice. Brush with lemon juice, toss in remaining ingredients. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
