CLAMS ALFREDO (NO CREAM) 
1 (10 oz.) can baby clams (juice and all)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (regular or flavored)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
fresh or dried herbs, to taste

Warm a saucepan up on medium-high. Melt butter first in the saucepan. Once butter is melted add herbs and sauté for about 7 to 8 minutes.

Add cream cheese. Wait until cheese is melted then add the entire whole can of baby clams with juice. Stir until completely mixed. Cook for ten minutes on medium-low heat, stirring often.

Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.

Pour over your favorite pasta. Works great with rice too... Enjoy!
