2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
5 tbsp. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. dried beef (jar or pkg.)
2 c. boiled potatoes, cubed

Boil all ingredients except potatoes for about 10 minutes and pour over the cubed potatoes.
