APPLE PIE IN A BUCKET 
3 to 4 qt. sliced apples
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until liquid is clear and slightly thickens. Apples do not need to be done. Cool. Pour into an ice cream bucket. Freeze. Two batches fill one bucket. Thaw for 1 hour to get enough to fill a pie when needed.
