SCALLOP POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 lg. container sour cream
Corn flake crumbs

Let hash browns completely thaw. Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle on top with some corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
