3 eggs
1 box Flako Muffin Mix
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 sm. can creamed corn

Beat eggs well. Add oil, muffin mix and corn. Fold in sour cream. Pour into a pan, 3"x10"x6", and bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until a golden brown.
