STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, partially thawed
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms & juice or 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
Flour
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Rice or noodles, cooked

Slice meat diagonally into 1/4 inch strips, 1-2 inches long. This is easier when meat is partially frozen. Put meat in bag with flour and shake until meat is coated. Brown in hot oil. When brown, turn down heat; add onion, garlic and mushrooms.

Combine remaining ingredients and add to pan. Simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles. Pass Parmesan cheese. Good with a tossed green salad and warm French bread. This has been a favorite of our family and friends for over 40 years.
