WHITE LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 lb. sweet sausage meat
4 eggs
Grated Romano cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
4 c. milk

Melt butter and add flour, milk, salt and pepper. Simmer until thick. Add eggs to Ricotta and season (fresh parsley or basil). Fry loose sausage separately and drain grease. Put all ingredients in layers in a lasagna pan. Start with a little sauce in bottom of the pan, then add noodles, sausage, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Romano and repeat. May not use all of the noodles.
