SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE POTATOES 
3 c. shredded cheese
8 to 10 potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 small onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, onion, 2 cups of cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish; put remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
