SHERRY CHICKEN 
4 boned chicken breasts
1 can chicken & dumpling soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooking sherry
butter
Salt & pepper

Dot chicken breasts with 1 stick of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Brown in 400 degree oven, in casserole dish, 10 to 15 minutes. Pour soups and sherry over chicken. Bake uncovered in 300 to 325 degree oven for about 2 hours. You may also add quartered potatoes for a complete meal.
