STUFFED STEAK 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2 lb.) beef top round steak (about 1 1/2 inches), tenderized with a pocket cut into it

Melt butter; add onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes longer. Stir in bread crumbs. parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff steak and put toothpicks in the end to close. Broil 8-10 minutes on each side.
