1 (16 oz.) bag frozen Italian style vegetables, uncooked 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 jar chopped pimentos, drained 2 tbsp. sherry or white wine 1 can French fried onions Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of French fried onions, sherry or wine. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer. |
