PUMPKIN NUT MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 egg
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. sugar

1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
