1/4 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2c milk
1/2 c cream
2 egg yolks, beaten well
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 bananas
Box vanilla wafers

Cook in double boiler the first 4 ingredients. When heated well add gradually the egg yolks and cook until custard stage. Then add vanilla. Layer slices of bananas and layer vanilla wafers and then custard. Repeat until all custard to used.
