"HAWAIIAN SAUSAGE" 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. link sausage, cooked
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve syrup
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. pepper (green or sweet red), cut in 1 inch sq.
1/2 c. cherries, drained

Thicken pineapple juice with cornstarch. Add syrup, vinegar and water. Mix. Add pineapple chunks, green pepper and cherries. Cook 5 minutes. Cut cooked sausage in thirds and add.
