PIZZA DOUGH 
2 pkg. yeast
12 c. flour, heaping
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add yeast and oil and mix well, adding water as needed to make dough moist and springy feeling. Oil bowl and dough and cover with waxed paper and towels and let rise to double. Pinch off and form into a ball and place on floured waxed paper and let rise again until it is double. Grease pizza pan and roll ball to size of the pan. Add toppings and preheat oven to 500 degrees and when pizza goes into the oven, lower the heat to 450 degrees and bake until done. Makes 12 pizzas.
