DEVILED CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. lump crab meat (picked over and rinsed) 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs 1 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. stalk celery, chopped 1 hard boiled egg, chopped 1 egg 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. prepared mustard Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then put into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serves 4-6. |
