JUICY POT ROAST 
1 (3 lb.) arm roast
2 lbs. potatoes
2 med. onions
2 cans mushroom soup
2 1/2 cans water

Brown roast, salt and pepper. Put in roaster. Add vegetables. Pour 2 cans mushroom soup and 2 1/2 cups water. Bake at 450 degrees for 4 1/2 hours.
