SALMON BURGERS | |
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed Drain salmon; flake with fork. Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan fry in small amount of oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. |
