STUFFED SHELLS 
1/2 box lg. pasta shells (cooked)

Mix together:

Browned Italian sausage or ground beef with fennel added
Salt and pepper
1 beaten egg
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 c. cottage cheese (drained)
1 sm. box chopped spinach (drained)
Ground oregano to taste

Fill shells with above mixture. Lightly cover with pasta sauce. Sprinkle on shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
