NUTMEG POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sherry (not dry)
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients at medium speed. IMPORTANT; then mix at high speed for 5 minutes.

Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
