BAKLAVA 
2 c. walnuts, ground
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pkg. phyllo
6 oz. butter, melted
6 oz. clear, honey

With pastry brush cover bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan with butter (lightly). Cut the phyllo in half to look as close to a square as possible. Place 1 sheet of pastry across bottom brush lightly with melted butter. Do 4 more times. Cover with 1/5 of the nut mixture. 5 more sheets (with butter in between and then top with nut mixture). After the 5th covering of nut mixture. Cover with 5 more sheets of phyllo and butter. Carefully cut into 1 x 2 inch rectangles. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes lower heat to 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or golden brown. Meanwhile heat honey over medium low heat. Pour over baklava and let cool 1 to 2 hours before removing.
