FIESTA LAYER DIP 
Layer the following ingredients as directed. Serve with taco chips. Best when made ahead of the night before and refrigerated. (Use round plate or dish with edge around it.)

1st Layer:

2 lg. cans bean dip

Put in bottom of dish and build sideboards.

2nd Layer: Mix:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco season mix

3rd Layer: Mix:

3 med. avocados, mashed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

4th Layer:

1 bunch of green onions & stalks, chopped fine

5th Layer:

3 med. tomatoes, chopped fine

6th Layer:

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, finely shredded

Completely cover tomatoes.

7th Layer:

1 can sliced black olives

This makes a very large dip.
