WORLD'S EASIEST BEEF STEW 
3 tbsp. butter
6 med. onions, thinly sliced
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 c. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
Cooked noodles, rice, or baked potatoes

In a Dutch oven, cook the onions in butter until they are golden. Add the meat, paprika and salt. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles, rice or baked potatoes.
