COCONUT CREAM FUDGE | |
1 c. Baker's canned coconut 2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. coconut milk 1 tbsp. butter Put butter, sugar and milk in saucepan. Boil 12 or 15 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat until cool, adding coconut. Pour in buttered tin and cut into squares before it hardens. For chocolate coconut fudge, same as above, except add 4-5 tbsp. cocoa to granulated sugar. |
