1 (14 oz.) can Eagle condensed milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In large bowl combine milk, pudding mix and water. Beat well. Chill 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into dishes and chill.
