2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Orange Juice
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Baking Powder
5 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon
8-10 Apples, peeled and sliced

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the last 3.

In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.

Pour 1/3 of the batter mixture into a greased and floured tube pan, add 1/2 of the apples and sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat the process ending with batter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hr 15 mins to 1 hr 30 mins, until done.
