SOUR CREAM APPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. can coconut
1 stick butter
1 can pie sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten

Combine cake mix, coconut, and butter and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain apples and pour over baked crust. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples. Mix beaten egg into sour cream and drizzle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Do NOT over bake! Cut into squares and serve.
