1 lg. container (9 oz.) lite Cool Whip
12 oz. cottage cheese (low fat)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (your flavor choice)
1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and serve (DO NOT congeal the Jello, mix it dry).
