CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 1/2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter and cinnamon/sugar

Beat first 5 ingredients, set aside. Combine flour and rest of ingredients (all white flour may be used). Mix wet and dry but do not over beat. Spray paper baking cups with Pam or fill greased cupcake tins. Approximately 18. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. While still hot, dip in melted butter and then cinnamon/sugar.
