CHICKEN WINGS 
10 oz. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 jigger (+) whiskey (I use 3)
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Mix ingredients, boil wings for 1/2 to 1 hour. Let soak in liquid for 4 hours or overnight. Bake or broil until hot. These wings become less sticky as they cool.
