GINGER'S CANDY 
2 lbs. white chocolate
1 lg. box Captain Crunch cereal
1 lg. box salted peanuts
5 tsp. peanut butter

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Remove from stove. Add peanut butter and then add cereal and peanuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls on waxed paper and let set about 30 minutes.
