TOSTADA BAKE 
1 1/2 c. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. green olives (chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream
1 can (15 3/4 oz.) chili hot beans
1 c. crushed (slightly) corn chips
1 c. shredded cheese

Brown beef, green pepper and onion. Drain. Add olives and seasoning. Layer meat mixture in shallow ovenproof casserole. Spoon sour cream over meat. Spoon beans over sour cream. Sprinkle with corn chips then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve plain or over shredded lettuce or hot rice. Good with tomato and avocado salad vinaigrette. Serve 6 to 8.
