JO-ANN'S PISTACHIO AMBROSIA 
1 lb. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 reg. size bag of mini marshmallows
1 (6 or 8 oz.) bag walnut halves
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. Angel Flake Coconut
Maraschino cherries
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

In a 2 1/2 quart dish, combine pineapple and dry pudding. Add mini marshmallows and nuts and mix well. Add container of Cool Whip, mix well and smooth over in dish. Sprinkle the coconut evenly over the top. Garnish with cherries. Can be served immediately or chilled in refrigerator.
