HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. noodles 1 can peas 1 lb. ham 1 c. bread crumbs, toasted CHEESE SAUCE: 1 lb. American cheese 1/2 stick butter 2 cans milk Ketchup 1 jar horseradish 1/2 c. cornstarch Cook cheese sauce ingredients together until cheese is melted. Add enough ketchup to turn mixture orange. Then add 1 jar of horseradish. Stir good and then thicken with cornstarch. Cook noodles and drain. Pour drained peas over the noodles. Add ham. Pour cheese sauces over noodles and pea mixture. Then take bread crumbs that has been toasted in oven in butter, and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
