QUICK CHEESE BREAD 
2 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Martha White Bix Mix
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Empty Bix Mix into large bowl; stir in water and beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
