SUNDAY BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of rice soup
2 c. minute rice
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with a non-stick spray. Pour rice, water and salt into bottom of baking dish. Put chicken pieces on top of rice. Spoon soups over chicken and rice. No need to stir. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or put it in the oven just before you leave for church (at 275 degrees) and it will be done when you get home!
