ZIPPY GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. (1 lb. can) green beans
1 c. onion rings, raw
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. Italian dressing
Lettuce

Combine cheese, green beans, onions, pimento and dressing. Toss lightly and chill. Serve on lettuce.
